By using NewsVoir.co.uk, you warrant/agree that

And that the Content does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content.
• You warrant that the Content is true, accurate and up-to-date; and is not false or misleading.
• Further you warrant that downloading, copying, and use of Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party.

• By submitting the Content to NewsVoir for dissemination, publication or inclusion on the Website, the Member grants NewsVoir a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, copy and distribute the content provided by the Member. Member also agrees that such Content is subject to use by third parties. NewsVoir reserves the right to reject or edit submitted content, provided that substantive edits to the submitted content will not be done without the Member’s consent
• Content will comply all applicable laws of the land and may not just be limited to Indian Information Technology Act 2000
• You understand that NewsVoir delivers content to journalists and other recipients who are a part of media, online and financial communities who decide upon its usage, and may write or re-write the articles or create derivative work basis their own understanding, on which NewsVoir may not have any form of control, for which they may contact you directly by referring to the media contact details (name, designation, email id, phone number) mentioned in your content/press releases.
• You agree/understand that NewsVoir is a press release distribution platform and it cannot warrant specific placement even though there are some online publications/platforms who pick NewsVoir feeds on a regular basis. NewsVoir may mention names of these publications in its marketing materials for reference purpose but their carrying the content edited/unedited is a function of their editorial policy on which NewsVoir does not any influence/control.
• NewsVoir’s entire liability for damages for any claims arising under or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract or in tort (including without limitation, breach of warranty and negligence claims) shall be limited to your actual direct damages, not to exceed the amounts actually paid by you for your use of the Service.
• NewsVoir reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or its policies relating to the Service at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version on the Service. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
• These Terms and Conditions and any operating rules for this website constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. In case of any legal dispute, both the parties will try and resolve the matter first through arbitration, failing which The Courts of law at Delhi/New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement
